I can’t log in anymore, the website is reporting a wrong email or password.
Please consider clearing browser caches or try to log in from a different device. You can recover your password by selecting “Forgot password” on the login page. If you did not receive a recover-email please wait a couple of minutes and check your spam folder. If the problem persists please contact our support team using the same email account you used to register to our website.
Advertise/Remove properties form the marketplace
When listing properties for sale, please ensure that follow these instructions:
1. Login using your credentials
2. Once logged in you will be redirected to profile page, where list of owned properties will be shown
3. In order to advertise any property on marketplace, click on Put on sale button.
4. Enter Sales pitch and Offer price per tile and click on submit sale.
To remove properties that you have listed for sale, click on Remove sale button in your dashboard and it will be removed from marketplace.
I bought a property from the marketplace but I cannot find it on my profile page. However, I got credited.
If you recently bought a property on the marketplace please wait a couple of minutes; sometimes the service takes a while before processing the payment. Please consider refreshing the page, clearing browser caches, or log in from a different device. If the problem persists please check your transactions page for more information or contact our support team with the Alter World email address and with the properties’ links reporting the failed process.
We would also suggest checking your entire portfolio as sometimes the property may appear further down the list of properties you own.
